April 8th -June 4th: Milan Bender Drink More Oxygen Arthouse Gallery is pleased to announce
our latest show, “drink more oxygen”, created by local artist Milan Bender. In this show Milan exemplifies a passion
for life and the exploration of each unique aspect thereof. This show is not about one detail or section of life it is about
everything all at once. In this show Milan demonstrates his skills in photography, ink paintings, acrylic creations, and sculpture.
From creation to completion Milan crafts every aspect of the art and framing to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.

have decided to make this show benefit the needs of Africans who lack access to clean water. To that end: This event will benefit an organization called Charity Water they drill wells in Africa. 20%
of the profit will go to this organization the goal being to raise $5,000 which is the cost to drill one well. 20% of your purchase will directly fund a new well to be installed in Africa. Each $20 can give one person
clean, safe drinking water for 20 years. $5,000 can build a freshwater well in a village and provide 250+ people with clean
drinking water.
The opening reception with the artist will be held at the gallery April 8th
2010 from 6-11pm.

February 18th - April 2nd: Emily Twitchell Currently acquiring a degree from The University of North Texas, this emerging
artist uses many different techniques to develop her art on fabric. Her textile work is experimental and uses a mixture of
screen printing and stitchwork.
The opening reception with the artist will be held at the gallery February
18th 2010 from 6-9pm.
December 10th - February 5th: Jonathan Millet Exhibition of new work Superhero,
lace and tanks
Jonathan Millet's artwork is best described as "a blend of abstraction and symbolism,
which utilizes both found and invented personal motifs. Jonathan's artwork has been exhibited in numerous group and solo exhibitions
throughout the United States and overseas. " (information provided

December 10th 2009 from 6-9pm.
October 29th - December 3rd: Vinh Le Experience the contemporary stylings of artist Vinh Le. For more than 15 years Le has been producing a collection
of work influenced by the many countries he has lived in such as, Vietnam, Germany, Canada, and the United States. This
exhibition will display his most recent works.
The
opening reception will be held at the gallery October 29th 2009 from 6-9pm.
September 10th - October 22nd: Janet Broussard: Landscape Retrospective
Janet Broussard is a native Texan and an accomplished landscape and still life painter
living in Austin, Texas. Working in oil, she strives to capture vitality of the moment, with"lost and found"
edges and loose brush strokes.
The
opening reception will be held at the gallery September 10th from 6-9pm.
July 23rd - September 4th: Chris Grimes : Didactic Dichotomy Join us for a look at artist Chris
Grimes most recent works. This particular exhibition will focus on pieces that were once a part of a larger "whole" picture,
with the intent to teach the awareness of binary cohesion. The art of creating something that was once
one piece into multiples and vice versa.
